EPR Codes in vMPF : r/AirForce - Reddit
Dec 14, 2015 · B - EPR C - FDR To clarify the "C" code on SURFs/CDBs simply means the EPR was completed under the 'new EES' as a "Forced Distributed Report - FDR" and it is not tied to any ratings on the actual evaluation whatsoever -- same as the "5s" received in years past, that are reflected as a "5B" on the SURF/CDB.
EPR ratings explained. EC, VC, AC, LC : r/AirForce - Reddit
Jan 18, 2017 · From what I understand, special duty requirements aren't based on your promotion statement. They are based solely on your overall rating. That being said, I'm told that under the new EPR system you need an AC or higher overall rating to be eligible for a DSD special duty.

EPR Ratings and Retraining : r/AirForce - Reddit
Nov 22, 2016 · How many people received an "LC" rating on their EPR versus an "AC" rating or a "VC" rating? I honestly believe people are overlooking the importance of these letter ratings in favor of additional promotion points. Just curious if everyone is getting the "LC" just like everyone used to get a 5 on their EPR. Thanks in advance.
EPR Codes ( "PR" "5B") : r/AirForce - Reddit
Apr 18, 2016 · 5B is your old EPR. The 5 is the rating and the B tells you it was an EPR that was before the new forced distribution rules and after the old APR (Airman Performance Report). The new forced distribution EPRs should be showing up using the following along with a "C" to note that it is under the new system: E: Met some but not all expectations
Updates to the EPB rating system (as shown in CDB and SURF)
Nov 30, 2023 · The EPB era has changed the enlisted ratings to more closely match the Officer side. Per MyEval Relaunch message #6, part 6 IF the evaluation is finalized as a referral, then the data value on the individuals SURF or CDB will read as "EC"
Are EPR ratings truly honest? : r/AirForce - Reddit
Dec 13, 2021 · Just curious as to other's thoughts on this subject. EPRs were changed years ago as we all know and we were all instructed to rate people honestly and that a "mets" and "exceeds some" (old system equivalent of a 3 or 4) is not the death sentence it used to be.

The current EPR system is so infuriating : r/AirForce - Reddit
The big problem with these ratings is when they leave the squadron and you are using EPRs for a board or applying for an AMS and then you are good worker that just got a exceed some but not all but then go against a dirtbad that got all 5s... thats when its not fair because we are not measured by the same standards across the air force and everything is open to interpretation.
