Sep 9, 2010 · Point of impact was several inches higher than point of aim. The RMR was sighted in perfectly so I thought there was a problem with the iron sights. I removed the RMR and found the iron sights shooting perfectly too. The problem is only when co-witnessing the iron sights through the RMR glass. I was shooting between 5 and 15 yrds.

Nov 8, 2023 · I have considered Acogs, eotech/magnifier combo, other primary arms prism optics, and some LPVOs (Vortex PST gen 2 1-6). I really think the Scar needs magnification at some level but also a durable optic because of the Scar reputation.

Jul 18, 2017 · Tried on the Eotech set up yesterday, but the sucker is way too high up there. So i am probably going to just run a RMR and call it a day. I know the existence design machine, however i'd prefer a low rail mount where i can put a magnifier in vs where i can only have red dot via design machine.
