CACCI + CCN are the #1 resource for information and referrals for providers, parents, early educators and training for certification.

Certified Massachusetts Health Connector Navigators are available at CACCI to assist with applying, enrolling, and shopping for both medical and dental plans. They will help you renew and maintain your Massachusetts Health Connector and MassHealth insurances.

CACCI is committed to providing culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate services. Currently we have Immigration Center staff who speak Spanish and Bulgarian and a range of Eastern European languages. Other languages are represented throughout the organization.

Case Management / Housing Advocate. With the assistance of the case manager, the family develops a Family Life Plan. The Family Life Plan unfolds as referrals are made, service provider appointments are set, progress is discussed and weekly meetings with the residents begin to overcome initial obstacles that may have prevented them from being self-sufficient.

Child Care Network (CCN) offers early education programs and providers technical assistance and professional development opportunities to support their delivery of high-quality early education and care to children.
