Currently, I work as the Senior Coordinator for Equitable Student Engagement and Success at the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts at Arizona State University. For success and retention, I provide co-curricular empowerment and support to underrepresented and minoritized students.

In 2021, I collected observation and interview data from an online women-only space to explore the Complexities of Women Creating and Taking Up space in Patriarchal hegemonic Spaces. The data and discoveries inspired a performance that was shared with the research participants.
