May 7, 2013 · EZ- Trench has a bed edger Model # BE-300 that works very well. There are some YouTube videos to watch out there to show how easy it works. Cost for new is a few thousand dollars and I am in the same boat of only doing about 1000 linear feet per year and I can't justify purchasing one.

It comes with the new installation rotor, and a new stump grinder rotor. Make money with this machine, and save the $85 - 100 rental cost. Very easy to charge between $0.50 - $1.50 per linear foot with this machine.

Mar 22, 2007 · One guy pulls the Brown bed edger and another follows behind spiking edging in and refilling the trench with the pulverised dirt the edger left behind in a furrow. For this purpose it can't be beat. It digs a nice vertical trench 5" deep and since u pull it with rear wheels that turn u can get the nice flowing edging lines that everyone craves.

Mar 13, 2020 · I liked that the brown bed edger was able to dig through hard pack soil and roots much easier. The little wonder does not dig in as much and the blade will rise up over rocks, roots, and hard soils. With the way the blade is set up it will shift the edge side to side when it rises up.

Dec 20, 2018 · They are just way too heavy for me to drag around. I bought the Stihl edger and put the echo blade on it. If you like 4 -5 inch edges that edger won't work. We run the weed wacker along the edge to cut it in and then the Stihl edger. Use the spade for any cleanup or straighten things out. Blow everything back in the bed and we are good.
