Oct 26, 2020 · All you need to do is pull it and the weight will start moving along to the front to increase the resistance. It moves by the distance it is pulled so every time the weight should get to the same place by the same distance. Once the weight is reset and back at the rear, it will be ready to pull again. The weight can be adjusted in the Tuning menu.
