Auburn Valley Humane Society Cat Café supports the organization’s mission to provide a temporary home for the cats, allowing them to socialize and find their furrrever homes. It’s a purr-fect place for cat lovers to enjoy the company of cats while supporting a good cause!

Community cats are homeless, but not always feral. Many in Auburn are friendly, having been cared for by local residents their entire lives. Many community cats are lost or abandoned pets, and many more are the offspring of unneutered pets.

Cat Auburn (she/her) is an Aotearoa New Zealand artist living in Argyll, Scotland. Her art practice (sculpture, heritage crafts, textile, film, event, and writing) focuses on how cultural heritage is constructed, reinforced, and strategically employed.

There are 78 kittens & cats in foster care and at the shelter. Auburn Valley Humane Society provides shelter, food, medical care, fostering, and love to neonates, young kittens, and nursing mommas so that they can thrive.
