May 1, 2012 · ^ Definitely. When I combined 5-APB + 6-APB it was a very strong roll, but the minute I added weed to the mix it became incredibly trippy and visual indeed. Jun 7, 2018 · The good news: 5-APB was designed with the intent of replicating the effects of MDMA without the neurotoxicity. Mind you, that doesn't mean that it can be used willy nilly, as it still depletes monamines. The bad news: 5-APB is highly selective for 5-HT2b, the same problem that caused Fen-Phen to be withdrawn from the market back in the nineties.

Jan 27, 2009 · 5-ht2b. And yes 5-MAPB is the least affinity among 6-APB, 5-APB, 6-MAPB and itself. I’ve used 5-MAPB semi-regularly since 2014, maybe 2-3 times a year always mixed with MDMA. I’ve gotten my heart checked fairly recently and everything seems to be looking good. 5-ht2b heart problems arise after long stints of repeated use.
