49 AMXS: The 49th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron consists of over 450 aircraft maintainers from nine specialties to provide mission ready MQ-9 Reapers and their associated Cockpits, valued at $365M.

The 49th Maintenance Group consists of a team of over 2,100 Airmen, civilians, and contractors from 23 specialties to produce disciplined maintenance and sortie-generation capabilities on F-16 Falcons, MQ-9 Reapers, and associated Ground Control Stations (GCS) valued at $2.5B.

Holloman AFB is located just southwest of Alamogordo, New Mexico. It sits at an altitude of 4,093 ft in the Tularose Basin between two mountain ranges, the Sacramento and San Andres. The base is known for having the world's largest and fastest test track. The 49th Wing serves as the host wing on base.
