Jun 29, 2015 · So in the show, Sekai reveals that she is pregnant seemingly with the intention to lock Makoto into a long relationship. Kotonoha later calls bullshit on the pregnancy, which Sekai reacts strongly to, and slices Sekai's stomach open and sees that there is no fetus, proving that there wasn't a baby at all.

After Sekai Saionji becomes pregnant, Makoto Itou argues with her over the identity of the father. Sekai accidently overhears Makoto and Kotonoha Katsura having sex and hears Makoto saying things like how he only used her for sex and Kotonoha's body is the only one he wants.

Pushed Too Far is one of the bad endings in School Days and is exclusive to the HQ release. In this ending, Sekai Saionji becomes pregnant by either Makoto Itou or Taisuke Sawanaga and then ends up pushing Kotonoha Katsura into the path of an oncoming train.

Her only instances of physically harming other people involve her going into Yandere mode upon her getting pregnant and being subsequently subjected to both depression and abandonment. Sekai accepting Kotonoha's kiss.

He dates Kotonoha start of fall, but quickly switches to sex with Sekai. She could very well be 1-2 months pregnant by end of the year. She had morning sickness while alone.

Makoto promises to marry Kotonoha as soon as the school year is over, and later gets stabbed by a heavily pregnant Sekai. He tells her he also loved sekai, and sekai runs away. Makoto bleeds to death slowly but painfully, at ease that Sekai will deliver Makoto's baby.
