Map making for anything other than Fantasy settings is slim pickings. Dungeon painter studio is a good option. I know it's probably not what you're looking for, but you could potentially use NVIDIA Ansel to map maps like this: https://imgur.com/a/Hyy9l out of sci-fi and industrial games.
