Jul 16, 2010 · I've heard of the stuff years ago, I assumed it was benzocaine. I don't rock up any more but when I did, experienced users could tell instantly by the taste if there was "magic" in it. I've heard of it being called magic back in like 2006-7 so I doubt it has any reference to methylone, if anything the headshops were playing off the name that was already established.
