Jun 5, 2021 · Kiwi is the best browser I have tried so far. In fact it is exactly what Chrome used to be and how Chrome feels when you buy a new smartphone. Also the fastest. It is better than Chrome and the only browser that truly works like chrome and doesn't crash.

Kiwi has grouped tabs, download to sdcard & better control over cookies, specifically the ability to delete individual ones. Kiwi was my main browser until NoScript stopped working correctly. Its probably something to do with the manifest 3 shenanigans. Firefox UBlock Origin & NoScript.

Every year, the tradition with Kiwi is to announce something big for its anniversary: 15 April 2018 - First Kiwi Browser release. 15 April 2019 - Kiwi Browser gets support for Chrome Extensions. Today, Kiwi Browser for Android is going full open-source, like Chromium or Mozilla Firefox.

I suppose one approach is to use Firefox as your main browser but use kiwi browser for YouTube, with the added benefits of sponsor block and the like.

Nov 28, 2019 · Tip :- Inbuilt version is only available for kiwi browser. If you're using other browsers like chrome, vivaldi, brave etc then use online version. Zongou NTP extensions Material New Tab Download extension from below link then open extension menu (chrome://extensions) activate developer mode and load downloaded file. Make sure to download crx file.

Kiwi Browser is not unofficially dead or unmaintained. One can check the play store version which hasn't been updated since oct 2019. So avoid it as it has too many bugs and problems and despite reporting to the dev, there has been no reply or solution.

Oct 1, 2022 · Vivaldi on the desktop is formidable, I have it together with Kiwi on Android, Vivaldi sympathizes with the level of customization it has for the standard browser, i.e. a competitor to Crome, Opera and Edge I don't consider Kiwi to be a direct competitor to those I mentioned, but I consider it to be vastly better.

I wonder if there is a way to launch kiwi browser full screen by default, so that opening a certain website from home screen (using the nice bookmarks widget), will automatically launch full screen.
