May 2, 2011 · Amalie Oil was considered a decent oil; it just didn't catch on like others have. I was one of the 'Pennsylvania Crude' oils, like QS and Pennz. They make Amalie, Wolfs Head, and those famous XCel products. Like many other blenders, they bottle oil for who ever wants them to.

Oct 7, 2017 · Carquest (Advanced Auto Parts) house brand oil is Amalie. I'm currently using the Full Synthetic 5W-20 in my 5.7L Hemi. Very smooth running oil from what I can tell. PQIA has a very recent test on this oil and it reports very competitively. The bottom of the bottle indicated "AOC" which is the sure sign that it is Amalie oil.

Jul 6, 2014 · I believe you are right. I looked at TC-W3 certification from 2017 and Amalie is listed under the OEM for Super Tech. However, in 2020 they list Warren Oil. I suppose Walmart goes with the lowest bidder in oil like everything else.
