Dec 16, 2012 · 2.0 aint that slow, mine pulls my buddy mazda3 gt 2.3 that has intake/catback. if u have no idea if the timingbelt was replaced and cant tell replace it any way. my golf had 183k kms on it when i bought it. we replaced the timing belt just to be safe. not that expensive. even at 193k kms the 2.0 loves being beat on. im always bouncing limiters and tearing around corners.
