Tem uma pressão muito grande do setor hoteleiro, pedindo ao Governo que adote o DIMOB para o AIRBNB, de modo a fazer "o dedo duro" dos recebimentos dos anfitriões quer sejam PF ou PJ. Não tenho certeza se será adotado em 2025, mas tem fortes indícios que sim.
