May 7, 2020 · The thing with the pictures, it really depends on the officer that will handle your case. When I submitted my I-129f process for my husband, after around 7-8 months of waiting I received a letter from USCIS requesting for photographic evidence even though I submitted my husband's I-129f application with several pictures already.
