Sony is moving to acquire a majority stake in the parent company of esteemed video game developer FromSoftware, the creators of Dark Souls and Elden Ring.

Kadokawa Corporation, Elden Ring developer FromSoftware's majority owner, has acknowledged takeover interest from Sony, but says no decision's been made.
