NJ Transit trains to and from New York have delays up to 30 minutes, a drop from 1 hour delays reported earlier, and rail tickets are being cross honored on NJ Transit and private carrier buses and on PATH trains at Newark Penn Station, Hoboken Terminal and 33rd Street-New York, according to agency alert.

The MBTA is currently investigating how “human factors,” including the train operator’s action, could have been involved with the incident.
