The Penn State Nittany Lions football team is into its second week of spring practice, and head coach James Franklin opened up the proceedings to the media on Tuesday afternoon. Afterward, he spoke with the media about the team’s progress through four practices.

STATE COLLEGE – Former Penn State defensive backs KJ Winston and Jalen Kimber hope their 40-yard dash times Friday at Pro Day improved their NFL draft stock.
