At the end of January, more than 100 residents turned out alongside councillors and MS's to protest the lack of action at the site.

The Magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge for the possession of cannabis, and a £120 fine for drug driving. Evans must also pay £85 costs and a £48 victim surcharge.
