Andrew Taake, who was released from prison after receiving a presidential pardon, was arrested by a fugitive task force in Texas on a 2016 charge of soliciting a minor.

A fugitive operations task force is playing a critical role in the apprehension of migrants with criminal convictions.

On Jan. 16, the Fugitive Task Force located Uribe at the Rodeway Inn in Logan Township and executed the warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, the affidavit states.
