PERTH AMBOY – The city has launched a series of projects aimed at revitalizing the downtown by investing more than $2.6 million in safety, beautification, accessibility and community engagement.

Diego Bartesaghi, communications manager for Make the Road New Jersey, was on hand to supervise the eight volunteers who gathered in an office in downtown Perth Amboy before going out into the night.
