Sloan joined The Daily Show in 2017, making this one of the biggest exits since correspondent Roy Wood Jr.’s departure in 2023, as well as Trevor Noah’s exit in 2022.
Sources say the parting was an amicable one, as Sloan was at the end of her deal and is pursuing other work (she also recently relocated from New York, where The Daily Show is based, to Los Angeles).
