Two of the Oilers best players over the course of the series were Connor Brown and Calvin Pickard. After coming in to relieve Stuart Skinner in Game 2, Pickard became the starter for the rest of the series. “Picks (Pickard) gave us a chance to win every night,” McDavid stated. “Played great these last four games.”

Among the over 18,000 fans in attendance to watch Game 6 was none other than McDavid's wife, Lauren Kyle, who has always been supportive of her husband. During one moment in the contest, Mrs. McDavid got a little too excited over something that took place on the ice.
