A weeks-long stretch of unrelenting rain has brought historic flooding to Oklahoma, breaking rainfall records, sweeping away vehicles, damaging homes and schools, and taking multiple lives.

The U.S. Supreme Court is now weighing a landmark case involving St. Isidore of Seville Catholic Virtual School, which could become the nation’s first publicly funded religious charter school.

Motion to extend the time to file a response is granted and the time is extended to and including December 9, 2024.
