Recent reports have claimed that Arsenal have a “gentleman’s agreement” with RB Leipzig over a transfer for Sesko, with a fee worth £60million for the summer window. It’s a boost for their chances of landing the striker in the coming months, but not for the rest of the season.

Arsenal’s interest in the Slovenian hasn’t gone anywhere, though. They are still very keen to sign him, and he is set to be available for a bargain fee in the summer. The Mirror reveal that when Sesko signed his new contract at Leipzig last year, there was a ‘gentleman’s agreement’ between the player and the club.
