Two Indianapolis schools to merge and another to become a charter school under changes approved by the Indiana Charter School Board.

Landon received his diploma and celebrated his achievement not in his school auditorium but at Norton Children’s Hospital in Louisville, where he has been awaiting a heart transplant.
