A woman had "NO BLACK" spray-painted on the fence of the first home she's ever owned. The Alameda County sheriff's office is investigating the incident near San Leandro as a hate crime.

The men would allegedly put tracking devices on the cars they wanted to steal and program blank key fobs to unlock them to ultimately resell, officials said.
