David Doyle, 17, was sentenced to five and a half years in prison after ramming a stolen car into police constable Richard Keel during a high-speed chase in London on May 17.

Deputies apprehended two 17-year-olds after they allegedly stole a car and collided with a deputy's patrol car in Tampa.

A rescue swimmer found a 17-year-old girl in the water and brought her to shore. She was taken to Harborview Medical Center in critical condition. An approximately 20-year-old woman exited the vehicle on her own, according to SFD. The woman was in stable condition and transported to the hospital.

The car she was in fell into the water at a South Seattle boat ramp, and she was pulled from the lake after a half-hour search.

Police said the driver showed signs of impairment. She was taken into custody at the scene for vehicular assault.
