Martin Hibbert and his daughter Eve sued Richard Hall over his claims in several videos and a book that the attack was a hoax.

Proposals to transform the former Horseshoe Bar in George Street were given the green light last month. The former premises closed its doors earlier this year and was placed on the market for £76,000.
