It's been a decade since Zayn Malik left One Direction and on Tuesday night (March 25) during the singer's show in Mexico City he did something he hasn't done since then: he performed one of the group's most beloved hits during a solo show.

Zayn Malik sang the classic One Direction song "Night Changes" during a concert in Mexico City on Tuesday, March 25. The artist went solo from the boy band 10 years prior.

“Night Changes” saw a surge in popularity following the tragic death of One Direction member Liam Payne last year. Per Billboard: “In the week after his death, ‘Night Changes’ — which ran up to No. 31 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2014 — saw its US streams spike 416 percent to 4.9 million.”
