Shares of Levi Strauss & Co. slid after hours on Wednesday after the jeans maker tempered its full-year sales forecast, even as management said its core Levi’s brand was leading the way toward improvement and called out potential gains from its new partnership with Beyoncé.

Levi Strauss & Co on Wednesday announced that it has initiated a strategic review of its underperforming Dockers brand, which could include a possible sale.

US clothing brand Levi Strauss & Co. (LS&Co) is evaluating strategic alternatives for its underperforming Dockers brand after revealing its Q3 net revenues of $1.5bn were flat on a reported basis.
