Governor Glenn Youngkin has outlined preparation efforts ahead of the expected winter storm and provided an update on recovery efforts after flooding in southwest Virginia.

The National Weather Service forecasts predict snow, freezing rain, ice, and excessive rainfall that may cause flooding, power outages, and hazardous travel.
