Frank Olano, 22, was given five years and eight months in state prison for being an accessory after the fact and receiving stolen property and three counts of possession of a firearm by a felon.

The four suspects - 18-year-old Robert Barceleau, 18-year-old Leonel Gutierrez, 18-year-old Sergio Estrada and 22-year-old Frank Olano - were arrested Thursday. Gascón announced their charges today.
