Two vehicles collided after a tractor-trailer jackknifed just four hours earlier on the same road during the snowstorm on Wednesday morning.

The Idaho Transportation Department has seen five snow plow strikes so far this year. Drivers passing plows on the right can lose control — crashing into plow drivers like Kyle Musick.
