NEW YORK – Those who live in the Northeast are getting treated to a partial solar eclipse early Saturday morning – provided the clouds can get out of the way. The Moon will pass in front of the Sun, during sunrise, creating a partial eclipse as the lunar shadow falls over the Atlantic Ocean, as well as parts of the U.S. and Canada.
