Samaritan’s Purse, the international-aid nonprofit based in Boone, N.C., is one of the largest recipients of funding from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in North Carolina.

“The funding grants that Samaritan’s Purse has with USAID are reimbursement agreements,” said Samaritan’s Purse President and CEO Franklin Graham in a statement to MinistryWatch.
