Redfin laid off 46 employees in January, the same time Zillow laid off about 125 employees. Redfin also laid off fewer than 100 employees in August. The company generated $278 million in revenue during the third quarter, up 3% year over year. Its quarterly net loss was $33.8 million, up from $19 million during the third quarter of 2023.
