Six women will be on board the Blue Origin rocket, marking the first time an all-female crew has flown into space since 1963.

After an 11-minute flight to space, Gayle King, Katy Perry and the women in their historic crew are recapping their emotional experience.

The six-person crew also included Jeff Bezos' fiancée Lauren Sanchez, CBS host Gayle King, former NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, scientist Amanda Nguyen and film producer Kerianne Flynn.
