He missed Friday's win over the Spurs with right foot soreness and was initially listed as questionable on the injury report Sunday before being upgraded to probable on Monday morning.
A Shelby County Circuit Court judge will now decide if Ja Morant is immune from suit in the case where he punched a teen.
