The official trailer for the live-action adaptation of How to Train Your Dragon has arrived, and it looks as though writer and director Dean DeBlois is bring back some very familiar elements in hopes of recreating what made the animated films so beloved.

Following Sunday’s Super Bowl announcement, a new trailer for one of the big 2025 movies, How To Train Your Dragon, has arrived, and it’s a nostalgic one for DreamWorks fans like me. Ahead of Universal sharing a new look at the live-action How To Train Your Dragon,

The clip showcases some stunning visuals as well as new looks at main characters like Butler's Chief Stoick the Vast and Hiccup's love interest Astrid played by Nico Parker. The footage also includes sneak peeks at some of the best moments from the animated film, such as Hiccup making a prosthetic tail fin to fix Toothless' broken tail.
