Mortimer Street and Wigmore Street will be closed to all vehicle traffic for four days to convert to two-way working.

Prosecutor Lee Dacre said the incident arose when a Cumbria Police officer dropped his Axon body worn video camera after arresting another male on Cavendish Street in Barrow on December 28 last year.
