Target announced its hours for Black Friday on Tuesday. The company says stores will remain closed on Thanksgiving for fifth year in a row.

Practically every retailer is pushing its Black Friday deals right now. Normally, I'd recommend people wait till Thanksgiving Week to make any big purchases, but this year I'm telling friends and family to start their holiday shopping now.
