Ritchson has played Jack Reacher in three seasons of Prime Video's hit series, but he wouldn't want to experiment with playing the character in films.

Alan Ritchson details why he’s not particularly keen on making Reacher movies, explaining why the TV format is better for capturing the books.

"That's interesting," Alan Ritchson tells Men's Journal when asked about the possibility of taking his version of Reacher to the big screen. "I can't speak to movies. I enjoy the format that we've got so much, and it works so well where we do a book a season. I think eight episodes seem to be the perfect amount of time to break out a book."
