Thousands of people attended a rally for President-elect Donald Trump Sunday. The event was held at Capital One Arena, where Trump will be sworn in as the 47th president of the United States Monday. His speech Sunday lasted almost exactly one hour touching on campaign promises.

The historic event is being held inside for the first time in 40 years due to below freezing weather. Not everyone will be able to get inside.

Viewers of the Inauguration typically stand on the Ellipse. In his post, Trump said instead of standing outside, attendees should go to Capital One Arena for a live viewing on Monday. Capital One Arena has the capacity to hold 20,000 people. After being sworn in at the Capitol, Trump says he will head to the arena to celebrate with attendees.

Trump will take the oath of office and deliver his inaugural address inside the U.S. Capitol, instead of outdoors in front of the building, as initially planned.
