Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin paused his Mumbai concert to read out 'letter from Jasprit Bumrah's lawyers'. UK band Coldplay performed their final Mumbai show on January 21.

Chris Martin, the lead singer of the famous British Pop band Coldplay, met the former India cricketer Sachin Tendulkar at the Sachin Tendulkar Foundation (STF) event on January 22 (Wednesday).

Ahead of Coldplay's last concert in the city, Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson stepped out in the streets of Mumbai to explore the architecture and landmarks. Watch video here.

Chris Martin interacted with the audience, and read out a placard that was being held by a fan. “What does Jai Shri Ram mean? Must be something good,” he said to an excited audience.

During an electrifying performance in Mumbai, Chris Martin mentioned the pre-independence history between India and Britain.

Chris Martin joined Sachin Tendulkar and his family to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the Sachin Tendulkar Foundation.

For those who don’t know, Jasleen is the first Indian artist to open a Coldplay concert in Mumbai. Taking to her official Instagram account, she posted a beautiful photo of hugging the band’s lead vocalist Chris Martin.
