The man posted the threats to TikTok comments ahead of President Donald Trump’s inauguration, Indiana prosecutors said.

Former truck driver Bruce Mendenhall has been now been convicted of three murders and is the suspect in several others.

The lawsuit filed Thursday in Marion County Superior Court accuses Mylan and Pfizer of conspiring to raise the price of EpiPens by more than 600%.

Bruce Mendenhall, dubbed the "Truck Stop Serial Killer," was convicted in a Marion County courtroom for the 2007 murder of Indianapolis woman Carma Purpura.

"Rule 3.6 of the Indiana Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys prohibits extrajudicial statements that may materially prejudice an adjudicative proceeding. Thus, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office has a longstanding practice of not commenting on pending litigation."

Bruce Mendenhall, 73, already is serving two life terms in Tennessee for a pair of murders and still faces trial for an Alabama murder.
