The man posted the threats to TikTok comments ahead of President Donald Trump’s inauguration, Indiana prosecutors said.
Former truck driver Bruce Mendenhall has been now been convicted of three murders and is the suspect in several others.
The lawsuit filed Thursday in Marion County Superior Court accuses Mylan and Pfizer of conspiring to raise the price of EpiPens by more than 600%.
