U.S. stocks rose to another all-time high, but a slide in oil prices kept the gains in check by weighing down energy companies. The S&P 500 rose 0.4% Thursday, setting its third record high this week.

Few cosmetic companies are taking market share at the pace that e.l.f. Beauty (NYSE: ELF) is. But the stock has, counterintuitively, dropped about 50% in recent months. And Wall Street seems to believe that the pullback is overdone.

Truist downgraded Costco to hold with a price target of $873, implying a downside of 3%. At a price-to-earnings ratio of 57, the stock looks overbought. While the business still looks strong, investors are better off waiting for a better entry point.
