With time running out in the Milwaukee Bucks' game against the Charlotte Hornets Saturday, Hornets guard LaMelo Ball drove toward the Bucks' basket. He appeared to trip and fall, which would have handed possession back to a Milwaukee team clinging to a 114–113 lead.

The NBA has since admitted Rivers was correct, and Antetokounmpo should not have been called for a foul. It's not often one incorrect call changes the entire outcome of the game, but as Rivers stated postgame, the Bucks were robbed of a win.

LaMelo Ball scored 19 of his 26 points in the second half, and the Charlotte Hornets overcame Giannis Antetokounmpo’s first triple-double of the season to beat the Milwaukee Bucks 115-114 on Saturday. Antetokounmpo had a chance to win the game at the buzzer, but his foul line jumper rimmed out.
